That moment IN yesterday's episode where Dev tells Soha that he is her papa is so apt. Soha's reactions were so apt. I was actually expecting that kind of reaction from the two of them
Dev has always been that person who does things in a go. Be it his love realisation when he cancelled his engagement and couldn't even wait for the sun to rise. He quickly went and confessed that he loves Sonakshi. Also the moment when he realised that his mother is not happy with this relationship of his.. he quickly went and told Sona "Humein Alag ho jana chahiye". That was the same Dev yesterday.. the moment he saw his tiny Khargosh, he quickly told her "Beta main aapka papa hoon"
Soha on the other hand has always dreamed about papa. All she knows about her papa is that his name is Dev Dixits and he is a good man who lives in Delhi. She thinks of him to be the one similar to movie heroes.. strong, funny and can get angry too. But she does not really know what she will actually talk with her papa. In the scene where Golu finally comes to know that Jotin (sorry Jatin 😛 ) is not her dad he asks her ki jab tum apne papa se milogi toh kya talk karogi?... to which Soha doesn't have an answer except giving her favourite candy.
Even in the scene when Dev sees Soha for the first time Suhana is actually reciting a poem about baby girl and her papa... but she comes to a halt when baby girl and papa actually meet because she doesn't know what will happen.
Also Sonakshi had left the decision of meeting her papa to her own self, so probably when in future Soha would have decided I" want to meet Papa" she would have mentally prepared herself while being on the way.
All of a sudden her friend coming and telling her that I aam your papa was a sudden shock to her. Her 6 year old mind got so confused. The reaction was perfect!
(P.s My love for Aaliya is increasing day by day! She acted so well.)❤️
