Serials reach the MASS audience on a daily basis. There is always scope for masala and we love it. But there must be some stream of consciousness even in these serials:

a) No Stalking of Kids & preying on them even for sentiment's sake --- we have seen recent cases of child rape in and out of schools
b) No ill-treating of women - arm twisting to show macho-ness. Domestic abuse is a serious issue in India
c) Encouraging basic safety amongst all ---

I'm quite disappointed that a "progressive" show for "today's age" would use the HERO's character to excuse all of the above!

Stalking.
Locking a woman up in an empty building.
Banging Door at Midnight = Harassment.
Hiding medical condition (well both Hero and the doctors responsible here).
Emotional harassment with forcing Infertility Treatment.
Using power to mend laws. (Corruption charges)

*********************

If showing all these done by the hero, please also make him jailed for few years so that he can respectfully get rid of the above charges and look like a 'hero' (if we say so). But excluding the male lead from all criminal charges actually throws a very wrong message in the society. Hope to see some responsible behaviour from the CVs.

P.S. - Happy to see people finally voicing against it. Manhandling, stalking, harassing etc are not heroic even if done by heroes. 👍🏼

Male lead lurking outside people's homes and little kids' classrooms/school compound
Entering private property at will and never being stopped or questioned
Spying on people either personally or thru his employees
Recording private conversations

All in the name of love/finding out the truth.

Really CVs? Do you know what strange men lurking around kids' schools leads to? Criminally irresponsible to show such things. Where are your boundaries??

Thanks so much for stepping up KAr08 and Pehchaan.Kaun

!! I am sooo disappointed in this! I agree with you -- WHERE ARE THEIR BOUNDARIES?

Maybe its time for the Audience to step up:

Romance can be fun without physical and emotional torture.
Drama does not mean ill-treatment
Stalking kids and making that OK ---- don't even know WHAT to say!

It's all OK but school stalking at school. He is not outsider whole school know him very well nd he is not stranger to soha too. He is is bigcha of her friend so how stalking and preying happened I didn't get it.
Yes there was blooper how can she run outside the school on road were there no guards and keepera. But this can be treated as cinematic liberty.

Arre I know my kid's friends at school very well and I am a known and active parent at school but that does not mean I am allowed to sail into school whenever I want, hang around and peer into kids classrooms, and have long conversations whenever I want with my kids or their friends!!! There are security procedures every school follows particularly in the light of rising molestations/kidnappings of kids at school.

This is not normal/accepted situation at any school and by showing it happening so easily on screen, the makers are normalising it. Which is very very wrong. And they are trivialising a very big issue - safety of kids.
