But here's the deal though. Why does she gets to "allow" to send Elena where her brother-in-law is asking her to come? First of all, Elena isn't her daughter-in-law and secondly, she is an adult. Is Elena petty cash or little kid that she is allowing after figuring out if the reason is good enough? Who died and made her the queen? Talk about delusion of grandeur.

Reminds me of when I was in high school. If I needed more pocket money because I spent all money in eating chaats or buying books, I had to explain to my mother why I needed and deserved more money.
