Thats what possibly Dev will assume. Why?
Because
1. She is Suhana Bose and not Roy.
2. I also think he will have faith that Sona won't hide his own daughter from him. Also, he thinks Sona's chances of having a child are slim.
3. He may consider her Saurabh's child, but when he digs out her school application, he will find out that the box for Dad is empty.
4. Also, he has heard Soha's dad story, so might have assumed that she only has a mother (Sona).
