I think after learning abt Boses he may have taken madhumita's help. Agreed her to give one house in Kolkata in the name of her parental property nd may have transferred 5 crore in saurav's account in the name of his dhokebaaz lingire business partner who returned saurav's share of money.
May be madhumita agreed to help at a cost of promise that he wud never stalk Boses nd remain away from their lives. That's my guess, however cv's will justify him for sure.
