I have a theory that this is how it is going to happen based on spoilers and precap.
Sonakshi calls Ishwari and Bijoy from the hospital. She comes there and thanks her. Bijoy comes and asks how Dev is doing. Vicky comes with police and accuses her of sending goons. Ishwari as usual turns and gives Sonakshi suspicious looks. Bijoy gets upset and they have a typical verbal fight.Police detains them for Dev to wake up and give his statement about what happened. Dev wakes up and sees Sonakshi fuming along with Bijoy for being treated like a criminal.And they are back to square one.
