One more reason for her discomfort could be that -- this is not a good way to find out...when soha is ready and wants to meet dev , Sona will make it happen... but I dont think Sona feels guilty that she robbed dev's happiness... according to her he doesnt deserve to know... and she is willing to let Soha meet him only because she cares about Soha and her choices.
