It's related to law as this serial made me to think and ponder upon property laws as.we all know that son or daughter having rights on property of his/ her father but what about this case if son earned one properly from his own and made money can parents have right on it. I think it's not any Indian government rule regarding it.
In property rights also if it's a paternal property like which was earned by ur grand father or great grand father than only u have right over it. If it's earned by ur father only it's his own will whether to give it or not.
Regarding owing son or daughter's property it's their children wish whether to share it or not with ur parents.
Like in another serial beyhad Maya's mom claimed 49% of share from her daughter's property which Maya named for her mom.
Likewise in dev's case too I think being maa bhajt he may have made ishwari owner of all his property.
Regarding sister's share I don't think sisters can have their claim over brother's property. They may claim right from the share of property which is owned by ishu. What r ur views

In Dev's case all his properties and money earned was not inherit so firstly its up to him if wants his siblings or other family members to inherit from his assets
knowing Dev he would have put shares for every member but certainly while he still is capable of working none can put any claim unless he gives to them right away

Ishwari was just using an excuse that she was safe guarding his assets for the family
