I think there wil be no custody battle...Devakshi will act sensible when it will come to Soha...
Sona has already given that liberty to Soha to decide if Soha wants to meet her father or live with him...so Sona will leave it to Soha..Devakshi will never drag the issue to court as that can have wrong impact on Soha...

I hope this issue is handled with utmost care...
