Needless to say, loved it. This amazingly understanding, strong, restrained and respectful Dev was amazing to read. I wish I could watch it on screen except the OTT drama.

Ishwari's insecurity is still cropping up. But she is showing amazing restraint too because Dev is firm in his place. And since it's his daughter, he gets to call the shot. Love that too.

Soha and Golu are as usual adorable. But what I loved the most is that slowly developing friendship between two people who started out as friends but lost their way.

There is no relationship stronger than one whose foundation is friendship.

CVs should hire you guys to write the script. 👏

Thanks for the quick review Tia. I missed replying to your comments for the previous part as well.
Thanks for appreciating us...

Friendship is exactly what I thought would make our lead be different from the other serial leads. Even today we feel like locking up these two and asking them to sort their differences.

Fabulous update guys 👏

Baba is rightly scared for his daughter. It is not that he doesn't trust his daughter. But she have always lost her head around Dev. And with Soha binding them for ever he wanted to be cautious. As a parent all he can do is support her and be there for her. He has to let her fight her own battles. I liked that she came clean with them. Such a contrast to the Dixits.
Sona could really see how much Soha missed her father. She was trying her best to impress him and Sona was supportive. Her fb of how Dev reacted when Soha called him papa was so endearing. She trusts him with their daughter. Loved the honesty and transparency in their relationship.
And Ishu is back. She saw her son genuinely happy and set out to cook for him. 😡 She had seen him falling apart some time back. Knew her role in it. But the moment she sees he is back that takes a backseat. For mamaji Soha is Dev's daughter but for Ishu she will be Sonakshi's. She just can't think beyond herself. Just like how she wants to cherish her son and love him wouldn't he also want to hold his daughter in his arms? She is ekdom impossible. But then insecurities won't disappear just like that. It is going to be a long journey and she will need a lot of help.
Loved Soha-Dev phone convo. His angel 😳 So true. She is. His joy and happiness now knows no bounds when he rushes to indulge her. Oh God how much they missed. His impatience on being asked to leave when he never wanted to leave but never voicing it and quietly accepting what Sona was willing to give showed his growth emotionally.

I felt my heart twist when Soha said all the right things that her mother taught her when Dev didn't answer her immediately regarding the surprise for next day. For Sona it might have been a necessity to teach her that and make her understand. But for Dev nothing would come before his daughter. He can't afford to take anything for granted when they have lost so much. A child so burdened that she was not willing to demand her right on her father's time.

We all working women know how difficult it is to juggle work and home.. and with time our kids learn to not demand too much from us.

Sona showing her vulnerable self to Dev is one of my dreams come true. The girl can't quit because of her supposed strength. Too much to expect and she never showed this side of her during their marriage except may be during the Shimla trip. In a marriage one is not expected to be strong always but each is expected to be the strength when the other falls. They both need to feel emotionally needed. Loved how Dev reminded her that she was his best friend. Dev immediately became her support system. Even though he said things have changed still he never betrayed his mother. Oh Dev that is you - a man with so much capacity to love.

Is that Dev true to his character. He may be angry with his mother. But he still cares and loves her like no other. Dev gave himself to the relationship but Sona didn't. She really didn't. Love is when you falter and you know the other person is there to support you. From the Move on phase, Dev's fears and the first fight it was evident that Dev longed to be equally important to Sona like Sona was to him. This was also evident during Shimla when Dev said you have no idea how it feels to give a complete stranger so much importance... Funnily sona didn't reciprocate even then.

The kids will be kids. If only we learn from them. They made it seem so easy. Where they were rivals before the food treat, they became friends and loving brother and sister duo. Ishwari learning about Dev and Soha was perfect. The child couldn't hide his excitement on discovering his favourite bigcha having a daughter and having a sister to take care of. Dev 's caring side passed on to his nephew.

It is obvious Golu will be insecure that he has to share Dev's love. I think yesterday's episode made that clear. I hope we get one stable character without any mind games... I would love our Golu to be like this.

Ishwari going to Dev's office was totally unexpected. But I loved his stand. During the whole infertility track it was all about Ishwari not about Sona or even Dev. But here When it came to his daughter he put a stop to it. It was only and only about Soha. Wonderful loop closure. Why he even thought he might not be a good father? He is the best. Sona acknowledged it too. Waiting for Sona to learn the changes in their relationship dynamics herself since that is what Dev seems to want. He won't say anything.

Beautiful update Suvi n Divya. Sorry for taking so long. This time I cheated with permission
😆

Thank you for a wonderful review and sorry it took me so long to respond.

Can't wait to see how things fan out next. It is difficult to raise a kid when the parents are separated. I am also amazed at how you write Ishwari. She doesn't seem OOC. I am piqued to see how the dynamics would be now with Soha in the picture. Thanks for the beautiful update. Keep writing! :D

Thank you... Writing Ishwari is never easy... Well we get tempted when we think a certain track could have been handled differently. Lets see what is in store for us in the serial in the days to come.

Thank you... Lourel. Ishwari is a work in progress... she will take time and is not a lost cause.
