When Sona trusts him enough and tells him all about her pregnancy and how alone she felt... I really want Dev to apologise for his mistakes ... ... from his heart.

Call me romantic and silly but I genuinely think that they still are madly in love with each other. Remember only a person so close to you has the power to hurt you so much that the wounds stay open for 7 years. The very fact that both of them keep saying they are happy alone and single so many times is not for the others but to reassure themselves about the same.
