Trespassing spoiler is misleading

The recap clearly shows she is still in the hotel when he comes banging on her door.

So the spoilers that say she gets him arrested for making a fuss at her house seem misleading! Am I missing something?

I would like for this show to be :

a) Less MCPish - hope Sona did this on her own and that 1 investor doesn't make her hard work insignificant

b) That she stand her ground and not return to Dixit madhouse

ofcourse its misleading..koi logic hi nahi bane raha...face to face jail me hoga na..sona wahan kyun leker aegi soha ko ...and dev ne koi atna bada crime nahi kiya ke wo 10 din tak jail me rahe and roz ishwari and sona ka face off ho😆😆

on invistor...i also didnt get it why people are getting mad...theek hai biggest invistor will be dev indirectly he helped her..but invistor toh koi bhi ho sakta hai ..main cheez is ur hardwork...
