Ishwari started off as a vibrant character but possessive about her son. Till then it was all fine, enter Sonakshi and she behaves likes a vixen. She s always been about passing the blame on Sonakshi and her son too is all about the same.

What i don't understand is this character called MAMAJI! Whats he made off? He knows his sister and her insecurities and he has himself praised Sonakshi for bearing with all this with a smile. Cant he stand up and show Ishwari her truth( she supposedly listens to him and once told him too that he s got to correct her if she falters - guess CVs forgot about that) .The "badde bhaiyya" is all "maun" when his sister spews venom. Does his sensibility and mouth go into hiding or is he scared of getting thrown out of Dixit house if he stands up for the truth( is he secretly enjoying the rift?? ). He s another character with no spine. Guess Dev can't be blamed, his genetics is the problem. His Mamaji is spineless and his mom has ego and the verve to blame people which dev has inherited.

God knows how CVs will show redemption of these characters. If they don't redeem , the show is definitely not setting any trend. In real world there are so many people like Ishwari and the ones not so educated enough to differentiate the good and bad watching this will only reaffirm their actions. Agreed its a show but can't a show have it as where either the character redeems or at the least stop justifying the character even if they can't redeem it. I always get the feel IShwari and Dev are always justified even if their acts are so obnoxious.

Whew, thats enough rant on Ishwari.

Honestly, such MILs do exist and such cases are very common in Indian families where the boy worships his ma like a god and believes whatever she does is right and whatever she says is pathar ki lakeer.

All Sona expected from dev was somethings that would belong to both of them and no one has any right on that not even his ma but sorry to say unfortunately dev's character has been shown really spineless when it comes to handling relationships. As a son, it was his duty to make sure that his mother is respected by his wife, which sona did regardless but as a husband, he reasonability was to tell everyone that his wife needs to be respected aswell and draw a line which no one should be able to cross and interfere in his and sona's matters and life, but he never tried to understand what sona really wants. As a woman, I totally understand what Sona wanted and what she went through.

Even now Ishwari is blaming Sona for ruining Dev's life but when she will come to know that Sona has dev's daughter she will come running and beg Sona to come back, why because she is a #1 selfish woman whose only mission in life is to satisfy her ego and desires and nothing else. Ishwari can never love anyone else more than herself. 😡😡
