The more I see Dev , I feel he is upto something major...he has closed his trading company...he comes and tells his mom that he has seen to that every one in the family has enough,and now he wants to live his life by his choice...listen to his mind ( man ki bath sunna )..his interaction with his mother was name sake and formal...Ishwari again tried to instigate Dev by saying Sona would have moved ahead , todays girls are strong , and Sona is a strong girl.. perhaps even married ...she never turned back and looked...smart lady as usual...Dev had tears in his eyes while his mom was talking abt her..his smile said it all ( it was like why you doing this to me again , he was just controling himself )...just that this time Dev was not interested ...he walked away...He didnot touch his mom's feet or take her blessings...

With Elina , he appreciates her pics...but the next sentance was very contrary to his appreciation for her ."Agar tumhe tumare shoot keliye khuch bhi chahiye toh VICKY se pooch lena"..😆😉( I thought he would ask her to tell him )

His interaction with mami and Vicky was also very crude...and there was irony in the statement...Mami's face was worth seeing when Dev talked about Sona...even now she is worried if Dev is meeting her...and he avoided further questions...when Vicky said Dev closed his company ..mami was shocked...I am sure for this also they will blame Sona's presence in Delhi...😡 mami knows that her son wont be able to earn a penny...I liked the way he asked Vicky ...what do you do at office??!!😆

I liked the scene where he looks at Soha at the Signal..kept watching the way Sona was touching Soha's cheeks and hair...I guess that is what made him come home to see Golu...

I felt his behaviour to his entire family was sarcastic...

What is running thru his mind...day by day he is like a maze...am lost...😕

Same here, utterly confused. Dev is totally beyond my understanding.

I could predict and understand previous Dev's actions and thought process but this Dev is very confusing.

I'm enjoying Dev's character he is now just like an enigma

he still has respect for his mother , talks to family as if they merely acquaintances , however when it comes to Golu Dev is himself there is no faade there is no act neither is he sarcastic in anyway

Dev knows Sonakshi is not married yet he plays it cool as if he is not bothered about anything and the fact that he lives his independent lifestyle just proves how much he has changed into Sonakshi Bose seven years ago

Seriously unable to make out what CVS have for us in dev's character he seems so cool and very confusing currently ..no idea iam clueless abt his next move ..

Probably he will distribute the proceeds of the sale of his company among his family and start all over again! He will no longer be obligated towards his family.

Or I suppose he will start working for Bose Inc, Saurav has something to do with this 😕

Didn't he tell Baba once that even if he had worked for Sona, it wouldn't have made a difference to Sona's love for him.

I am very intrigued by this Dev. He has fulfilled all his responsibilities without any attachment to any. His interaction with ish was very cursory no touching of feet, no asking about her health.

With rest except golu it was indifferent polite enquiry.

@ bold red. This is what will be the basis of the upcoming episodes. In the conversation yesterday, Dev mentions that Vickky's assets are 500 cr and today it is shown that Sonakshi's assets are 400 cr. Also from the conversation of Dev and Vickky in the office and the look on Vickky's face, it is clear that the company is running based on the profits got from Dev's trading company. Vickky needs money from there to keep his company from sinking. Both Dev and Vickky are very well aware of this. Vickky also knows that without Dev he cannot really survive or be the big man that he is. I mean he knows he is not really capable of running the company. He does not have the brains for it.

Vickky is scared that if Dev leaves the business, he might lose everything as he really does not know much about it and also as he does not really put the effort. The fear of losing everything was clear on both Vickky and GKBs face today.

Dev also knows all this. He knows exactly how to keep GKB and Vickky out of his way and to keep their mouth shut.

His interaction with Ishwari was cursory. He talked as a son who likes his mother, but not as the devoted and obedient son that he was who thought her as god. She is no longer on the pedestal and Ishwari is well aware of it. She knows that she no longer can ask her son of anything and that he is not happy. She knows that whatever he is doing, he is doing it as a responsibility and a promise he made long ago to her. It is nothing more than that.

From here it is my guess... Dev did follow Sonakshi's career and her growth as an entrepreneur. He knows her net worth. If he can make Vickky owner of 500 cr company, then his net worth is definitely more than that. Also once he had remarked to Sonakshi that "paise ka kya hai. Kal nahi tha, aaj hai. Kal nahi hoga toh firse kamaloonga". Dev has the brains to do it. He can start something else and earn lots easily.

He did make it clear to Ishwari today that he is no longer responsible for others, but for himself. I think he prepared all of it knowing that Sonakshi will be back in Delhi. He still loves her, but is also angry with her. He had told Natasha that "agar koi cheez pasand ajaye to use pane ke liye kuch bhi karsaktha hoon". He feels hurt that Sonakshi did not believe him and never came back to him. That the punishment she gave was very big compared to his mistake.

Now he wants to make her pay and wants time to do that without any responsibilities. i.e. family, company etc. That is the sole reason why he decides to attend the award function. He does not really have a plan, but is making things up as he goes along. But one thing he does not know as of now is that he has a daughter. Once he comes to know of that it will become a completely different ball game.

I for one am eagerly waiting for how the CVs are planning for the story to unfold...😊

His thought process is becoming this mystery novel where I am on the first page but I so badly want to know the end!!
I had expected to go somewhere else but landed up at his home
God knows what's going on in his head
But I m loving this suspense...maintains anxiety!!
