Maybe it doesn't look like accidentally but they said they were shooting for accidentally slap...like said by makers or TV news channel or by dev also that he didn't do intentionally... Maybe we should blame Shaheer for that as he didn't act well in that scene 😆😉

actually, none of this drama was ever necessary..

it is clear that some mad cap writer did something wrong in the episodes gone by and ever since they are trying to fix the issues.. and resorting to more drama..

now that we don't have a choice, assuming that you are still hooked onto the show, no matter what, it is better to take it one episode at a time.
