Interesting discussion here. There was this show called Maryada. The leads have a nasty fight, hubby initiates patch up and they have sex in the night only for the guy to revert back to throwing tantrums in the morning cos he just patched up to make out. The girl was disgusted and lashed out. So far that is the only show I can think of which dealt with a lot of sensitive issues really well. Including homosexuality which is such a rarity on TV 😆

@dlavanya- I wish you were one of the writers of the show cos you make for some interesting predictions. But I heard the show is ending by the end of this month for sure cos the other Beyond Dreams show is replacing it. So am not sure how much time they have to resolve anything before showing a happily ever after. So much potential down the drain.

I will say something outrageous - Sex is overrated. Women are often portrayed as victim of this feeling exercised mostly by men. For a change, i would use this as a tool (this very time) to get what I want - ask your mom to stay in her limits and stop being a moron. Else, Dev can go back to mountains and celebrate celibacy forever.

Agreed with you. Sonakshi was always an emotional fool. I was impressed the hell with Elena today. She wanted to marry Vicky, she did. May be took the wrong way, but she decided for herself. When she wants to say something, she says it with clear cut logic. No one can stop her, not even Radha for speaking her mind.

May be that's why Sona is treated worse than maid despite Dev being the sole provider and Elena is treated like better than queen despite her husband being a charity case.

The confidence Elena has in Vicky's support regardless what she does or says, Sona doesn't have on Dev.

OMG, I just imagined the scene and fell out of my chair laughing. But let's add Dev sitting beside mummy as her devotee and looking at her adoringly while he is doing his part poking holes, "Main tere khushi ke liye kisi bhi had tak ja sakta hoon." *poke*

Yup. Agreed. In fact this outburst was overdue for a long time. I just wished Sona completed it with examples and details. Because Dev has selective hearing if you remember.

Thanks for letting us know. May be I will find old episodes to watch online. I have ran out of shows to watch with a progressive plotline and strong female lead.

lol... naaah... mark my words ... this show is not ending anytime soon... the other beyond dresams prroject is coming on another channel not on sony... it has a lot of cover... i would say the main story has just started...

What can Dev say to turn this into a sexplay ? Hmmm not very difficult, just holding her face and asking her to remember their 'lau', their pain during last separation would do the trick. Because like Sia said, Sona is an emotional fool, since always. Soon she will be paying the price of being one.

This reminds me of JWM dialog from Aditya to Anshuman - Agar tumhe koi farak nahi padhta na, toh theek hua Geet ke sath, usse sazaa milni chahiye tum jaise aadmi ke liye yeh sab kuch kiya.

I cannot imagine honestly what would break me though in such situation, I would want him to call his mother right there and stop interfering in our business like this may be ? Not sure. Even then having sex is out of the window 😆 I would definitely not do it in this vacation since Ishwari wants me to do it !! A point which might crack the thick skull of thickhead Dev and his nuts mother.

Lol... Dev says lies so convincingly. But I agree, Sona should make him prove his words by saying the same in front of his mother. But even then, he has to wait to go

And what is this constant phone calls and interruption? I mean who the eff does that?

How would they relax under the constant scrutiny I ask you. Heck even hookers can't perform on demand. Fake yes, real no.

Not to mention, Ishwari is calling every other minute it seems. How is she going to be a grandmother I ask you. Even a girl with functioning ovary won't fall pregnant with her as chastity belt hanging around Dev's neck.

And Dev not once thinks that this is too much is even more abnormal. This is why people should date before marriage. All these craziness is so much more evident when you spend time together without lifelong commitment.
