So I made the grave mistake of watching an episode of this show cos I caught a glimpse of it yesterday (never again😆) and am shocked that such crap is being dished out in the name of entertainment. I think its worthless bashing the characters cos am more surprised the PH is also headed by a woman yet such insensitivity is being shown on TV. It was honestly embarrassing to watch a mother-in-law go on and on about a baby, force her daughter-in-law into getting pregnant asap, accompanying them for the treatment (are you serious 😆) and worse booking tickets and subtly telling them to have sex and produce babies. What next? Give tips to them on how to have productive sex or supervise how they do the deed? 😆 Have some empathy makers. It wont hurt you to show some sensitivity while dealing with a problem as common as infertility- something so many women face and a reality thousands of them live every single day.. Its a show so Sonakshi will eventually get pregnant, Ishwari will magically reform and they will live happily ever after but that is not how reality works. So it wont hurt to show some sensitivity. Ekta did something similar with YHM where they made a mockery of the female lead's infertility and eventually made them have a baby by hook or crook (there by destroying the whole concept of the show that some relations go beyond blood)..And now this show just took it to the next level with the amount of nonsense being shown while dealing with something as sensitive as infertility. Indian TV is embarrassing..Zilch social responsibility being shown and the hilarious part is that the makers and the channel think they are showing something path-breaking😆

absolutely "path breaking" my foot.but what you can expect when show's writer is from sasural simar ka 😕 whatever they are showing is just insult to womanhood, upar se Son in law slapping elder 🤢 . I wonder what shaheer ,erica and supriyaji must be feeling🤢 They are obviously contractual bound . I feel pity for them.

This show is getting progressively worse! There is so much talent in Erica, Shaheer and Supriya ji and they are being wasted over such baseless tracks! The infertility track could be a real winner but the execution has been extremely poor. The creatives need to really consider where they are taking this because I cant see a positive future for the show if it is continuously going to butcher all these characters to pieces.

The real problem with Indian TV (or many films for that matter) is that they take up sensitive issues and deal with it in the most insensitive manner possible..Forced marriage, cheating, rape, domestic violence, stalking, abuse, infertility-everything is a joke on TV. Cos everything will eventually be solved in 2 episodes and they will pull the plug the moment another show is ready to replace this one..Social responsibility/sensitivity are terms unheard of 😆

I totally second your thoughts. the makers have made a mockery of the whole infertility track from the time Ishwari predicted Sona to be pregnant till now. It's like forcing a woman to have sex just to produce babies. Just that thought makes me feel like throwing up. No sensitivity shown towards a woman's emotion. Just treating her like a baby producing machine.
Even Dev who is an educated person is shown as a jerk. Who takes your own mother to the doctor to discuss infertility? The makers have totally lost it.

Hey.. welcome back.. 😃
How I wish I had not known about this show at all in the first place.. If only had I not spotted Erica in some episode during my leisure browsing. 😆
Thanks to my non-addiction to TV, I don't know the trend in TV serials.. But sure I can guess that nothing is worth watching even for a Time pass.. 😆
Waiting for this show to close soon at least to know what they intend to end it with.. 😉

The show is regressive but I personally know few MIL who demands grandchildren within few months of her son's marriage .A friend of mine once shared that her MIL was very angry and disturbed when the former got her periods second time after marriage . The MIL was like I thought you will conceive before my son's leave is over, her son was working in Gulf. My friends MIL wanted a grandchild because all her friends and sisters had grandchildren. What I am saying is these type of species is not confined to serials .

Today's episode reminded me of a scene from the movie Apocalypto in which the mother literally force her son to have sex with his wife and she waits outside their room keeping tab on them😆

I say get Sona pregnant tomorrow, let Ishwari magically reform and they can have a happily ever after..Or let Dev/Sona meet with an accident and die so we are spared the trauma 😆 If I wasn't so disgusted with the insensitivity, I would have laughed at the hilarity of today's episode..The doctor asking Ishwari to wait outside and Ishwari still stubbornly refusing was hilarious..I can totally see her asking Dev and Sona to have sex in front of her so that she can see if they are doing it right 🤣
