I can understand Dev!

His means are wrong but not intentions.

He is stuck in a very precarious situation. He loves Sonakshi more than nething else and now he cannot think his life without her. He has gine through the pain of seperation once, he knows he will not be able to take it again.

He had told Ishwari clearly that he is not thinking about child for nxt 5 years thinking till that time Ishwari will completely accept Sonakshi and will accept this reality of Sonakshi's infertility.

But this sudden confusion created by Ishwari took all Dev's plan for a six. He is totally confused. He knows one thing revelation about infertility at this point means Sonakshi leaving him forever and he knows he can live without a child but not without Sonakshi.

All his actions are act of desperation. He himself doesnt know what he is doin and wat will b its consequences. He just wants Sonakshi to stay in his life at any cost

But simple was to tell sona is not expecting this time...and play the 5 years card again

Isn't that typical of Mr Dev Dixit. He cannot think beyond near future. All his life he has done this only. He has taken actions just to avert the complication at that particular point.

Yes telling the truth was the most viable option but he got carried away with newly found bonding between Maa nad Sona.

He has still not figured out actually what Ishwari is

Who has asked him to reveal infertility issue, he can simply say the truth of Sona not being pregnant and end of story for now. Ultimately he again made his Mother knows-it-all status intact. She said Sona is pregnant and the tests proved it, so Ishwari is again right, no wonder she claims to know all by her tajurba and love for her kids.

Dev's ability to lie about anything and everything is what is creating problems. He had been lying about everything for so long, that for him that seems like the easiest way out of all troubles. Worst thing he has stopped feeling guilty about lying to all the people he claims to love the most.

We have talked of when Ishwari's true face of "not being godly" will be revealed and realised by Dev and then both Sona and Dev will work together to make Ishwari understand and get her out of her insecure zone. But guess what he had always known about it and does not want to change anything. So the whole point of Devakshi working together to make Ishwari understand and grow has already been trashed.

I simply fail to understand what cv's are trying to show in the name of reality because whatever they are showing is far far away from any reality.

He has always been like that. Keep his loved ones happy and remove their worries even without knowing them. Whatever he is doing is wrong absolutely wrong and he should have told Sonakshi. But his intentions can be understood. Also we dunno what he is upto actually.

Everybody says they can understand his intentions, but i also can not relate to his intentions. If the 2 of them love each other that much, they first look at their lifes with just the 2 of them. Even if one of the two has a disire for a child, it doesnt mean if one of the 2 has a problem regarding pregnancy you just leave each other. If sona would leave dev, or dev would leave sona the two of them did not love each other that much as they are portraing.

After watching yesterday's episode, one thing is clear, both Dev and Sonakshi will fall really bad. Sonakshi was tensed and hyper after listening about complications and now he will lie more. He has seen how much this baby is important for her, now he will not stop. And Sonakshi will go and tell every thing to Ishwari first the moment she knows the truth. Dev- Sonakshi solving this issue together seems to be a distant dream now.

Also, it looks like a case of selective hearing. We just listen "ma" in Dev's dialogues and ignore "sonakshi". Whatever he is doing is for both his wife and ma, not alone for his mommy dearest.

If my husband would lie to me about being pregnant and on top of all he would not tell me about my infertility, i would be so dissapointed, and i think that the trust between husband and wife will be gone.

How cant he not think about how much it will hurt sona if she finds out she is not pregnant and maybe can never have a child. And dev knew about all this, but was faking all to give her temporary happiness?
