Thank you for the wonderful post. I totally agree with you. We have to wait for the story to unfold. I think this infertility track is for 3 reasons --

For Ishwari to see what she can have if she lets go of her insecurities
For Ishwari to be recipient of Ayaans truth
For Dev to restore his faith in god

When the truth comes out Ishwari is definitely going to flip. Maamiji and Neha will not leave this opportunity to instigate Ishwari more and may be even convince her to talk to Dev about divorce and remarriage.

Finally when Dev will open up and talk for Sona, for himself, he will definitely talk about this period of bliss and question Ishwari.

You know in most stories, both fairy tale and romantic they talk about how the leads fell in love and end with saying "and so they live happily ever after". But none of them ever give the reality of what happens after they get together.

I really enjoy KRPKAB for their effort in trying to understand what happily ever after means or what it can mean if you work towards it.

I am very much looking forward to this track and all future tracks in this series. Go KRPKAB !!!!

True..your post really lightened up my heart. Dev is an instinct driven man, and this course is something we can expect of him. I'll wait 3-4 more episodes to get the overall picture and get on to the field😆
