Dev, oh Dev, I totally understand what and why you took this step, but you are trapped in the wrong loop, dear
A mirage is an optical phenomenon where a person has the illusion that there is a water body in a desert or a very dry place.
When that person goes near the water to quench his thirst, poof! It vanishes. Because it was never there.
Was just an illusion.
Dev has fallen for the same. He, in his own words, is running after 'rangeen paani ka bulbula' (the happiness of seeing Ishwari and Sonakshi bond like never before) but Dev, these are bubbles. They are going to burst before you touch them.
One lie now, many troubles later.
To hide this one truth, you will have to lie a thousand more times.
And the life of this lie is not very long anyway, in 15 days or so, Sonakshi will have her cycles and the truth will be out. Dev knows this very well, he said 'Ye sach zyada din nahi chupega'
We saw a new aspect of Sonakshi's and Ishwari's relationship. It was really heartwarming.❤️ Ishwari understood Sonakshi's dilemma and when Sona (thankfully) shared her apprehensions about the report and confirmation of her pregnancy, she assured Sonakshi that everything will be okay.

And Neha tries to poison Ishwari's mind as she is confused how the only problem in Sonak married life is being sorted automatically.
Why is Neha so worried about Dev distancing himself from Ishwari? It was always neha's complaint right? But now she is out of the picture so she wants Sonakshi to feel exactly how she felt when she wanted to share the love with her brother.
When Dev looked at Ganeshji in the hospital, I don't know why but I felt overwhelmed for a second. Just to think of the fact that who once an atheist, not even bothering about his existence, is now repeatedly questioning him. Complaining to him. Hoping for him to do a miracle. This I believe, is the very first step towards unshakeable faith for him.
If you are fighting with him, if you are questuoning him that means you have accepted that God has the supreme most level of influence in your lives.

Coming back to Dev, he has totally become a third person in the bond between Sonakshi and Ishwari. A silent spectator who is just cherishing what he is seeing.
And he wants to continue seeing it. Dev thought Ishwari and Sona will never be so close too soon, but this hope of a baby brought them close. The baby is not there but the hopes and the happiness surrounding the news still is, and he doesn't want to let it go. He thinks he can manage for sometime till the truth is finally out and this strengthen the bond meanwhile.
Had Dev told it today itself, definitely Ish would be disappointed and sona too, but I am sure this disappointment would be short lived. Ishwari would have gathered some hopes again for next time while Dev's love would have helped Sona forget it.
But now, when they will know that the news wasn't true, questions will come up. Why did he lie? Why was he hiding the truth? Is there some problem with Sonakshi?
And this will end up revealing Sonakshi's medical condition.
What will be Ishwari's reaction then? Will she remain the same supporting MIL then?
That is for us to see. Till then, we can only pray that Dev hasn't entered into this never ending loop of gloom.

P.S Now, Dev won't be much involved with Sonakshi na. It will be more about Ish-Sona with Dev observing everything. I will miss Dev-Sonakshi interaction about the baby
