There is no term like inhospitable uterus.
We don't use it.
In this show, Sona's condition is congenital.
That means present from birth.
There is no percentage-no doctor can say that 7%.
Not possible.
There are problems in the uterus-
Fibroids- some type of fibroids can create problems in conceiving.
For which treatment is available- removal of fibroid & woman can get pregnant.
Next is chocolate cyst in ovary- will create problems for the tubes.
There is solution for that also- surgery of the cyst & then IVF pregnancy.
Another one is cervical incompetence- weakness of mouth of uterus-this is present from birth.
But no doctor can find out this- it is only diagnosed after 4-5 months of pregnancy- woman will have painless abortion.

Surrogacy can be suggested by a doctor only if woman doesn't have uterus.
To keep the pregnancy in.

Where that 7% came from? What miracle here?
Cvs should have shown a valid reason.

There are some birth defects of uterus- septate/ bucornuate
Here also pregnancy is very much possible.

Hope I am clear.

I think in d show also they said when Dev asked Dr can it be cured Dr said if its bcoz of lifestyle changing it improves the condition in sonakshi case its by birth...I feel CVs willnt create a blooper with thus track...as they also are well aware that this track can break or make their show...they will capitalise on this track in their benefit by crafting it sensibly...this is my hunch...I wish CVS mujeh galath math banayein

They maynt have issues in conceiving but carrying it till full term vl b an issue . To one my friend here Drs did a surgery while she was in her 4th month to avoid miscarriage...its basically some stitches in the uterus...she had multiple pblms but she delivered a healthy boy...Drs advise such patients to take complete rest. in the story also I think she vl b pregnant . Dev who was an atheist has surrendered himself to God. This time if God didn't answer his prayers he vl never believe in God . I hope CVs have created this track for correcting Devs equation with God. if this happens my heartfelt kudos for CVs.

Yes , my sis had issues both the times...in both cases in the 4th month baby along with the uterus would come down and had to be tied up...in the eight month they removed the stitch and in couple of weeks she gave birth to normal baby...but Dr didnt say the uterus was in hospitable...

Thank you !! When they said in hospitable it would mean that she can never be pregnant as in the growth of a baby is not possible in that uterus ...and then they say she has only 7% chance to be a mother...so its contradicting with initial conclusion...hence the doubt...

For my sis both the times the uterus had be tied and kept...as the baby's weight increased it came down...and in the 8th month they would remove the stitch and in few weeks gave birth to normal baby...she had to take sustain tabs too...

These unfavourable conditions lead to miscarriages.

Hope this helped :)

Thank you !! I just hope they handle this track with not just sensitivity but also with logic...hope they have done enough homework on this one...and not like the prenup ...

Thank you !! Smart CVs they used the term with wider meaning and at the same time didnt give the exact reason for the uterus to be inhospitable. Now they can twist and turn it how ever the want...while they do the twist I hope they carry the term logic along with the plot!!

As far as I know the inhospitable uterus can not carry a full term baby N pregnancy can end up at miscarriage...so basically Sona is fertile but uterus is very weak...In this case surrogacy is the liable option...

Agreed I'm also thinking how can Dr said 7% becoz can predict that.
