Chapter 1
She was not able to sleep, eat or study. She would just lie on the bed and her brain would play all the memories of him. He was no doubt a very good partner. He would never let her go out of his sight. Even when she would be with others his eyes would be on her. She used to feel lucky and special. He had left no stones unturned to make her smile.
A tear rolled down her cheek. She had to do something. She had been sulking for days now. She had moved out of her room and had settled herself in a room of her friend's. Elena was a tiny looking sweet creature. She used to see things in a much matured way when compared to Sona and she had always had a bad feeling about Dev. Several times she had tried to warn Sona, but one not only turns blind when they are in love, they also turn deaf.
Elena dashed into the room and pulled Sona. She sat up with a jolt, "What...?". Elena didn't utter a word. She stared into Sona's eyes, "Stop it. Okay?". Sona blinked twice and gulped. She looked at the little Elena who was now sitting opposite to her, "I can't see you like this." Sona sighed and fell back on her pillow. Elena pulled her up again. "Sona, you have to let it go." With Natasha not only being her roommate but also her classmate things were really difficult. Dev and Natasha would just pour themselves on each other. Sona's eyes welled up. Elena hugged her. Nikki her next door neighbour joined them. Elena, Nikki and Elena's roommate, Ria had been a great support to Sona.
Sona was taking her first step to move out of her situation. Elena was sitting beside her. The Hostel Officer called out, "Sonakshi Bose!". Elena and Sona made their way into the office. Sona was permanently moving out of her room. "Sir, 321 has an empty bed, I would like to shift there." Elena gave an approving nod.
Natasha did not ask any questions when Sona was packing her stuff her. Sona too did not utter a word, she silently left the room. Natasha had no guilt in her as that was what she had always wanted. Sona wept silently while arranging her cupboard. "Had I not told you before Sona, she wants an upper hand on everyone close to you." "She tried to pull me on her side, remember?" Nikki added. Sona just managed a "hmm."
Sona's phone rang. Dev had called. She picked up, even after a lot of denial from Nikki and Elena. "Why did you move out of the room? See, I told you, you have changed. I don't like this, Sona. You know, she is feeling so bad."
I know I am late and this is a small update but it's an important one trust me.
