I am not sure how Sonakshi found out she was pregnant, but isn't her condition an inhospitable uterus, meaning that her fetus will be rejected by her body (aborted). So the chances of her getting pregnant is normal, but successfully delivering the child is 7%. Also what is her bld type? If I remember correctly Dev has a positive Rh factor and Sona has a negative Rh factor, so would they also introduce Hemolytic disease of the newborn to further complicate stuff. But I am positive about one thing, Ishu will be insecured of the baby (someone is stealing her Maa ka huck) and Neha will be completely jealous of the child! Gosh I am so confused!

I agree. I hope they show she is pregnant and probably end up with a miscarriage which is a more real scenario.

Negative mother & positive father- first baby no problem.
Following delivery, baby is positive blood group, mother receives an anti -D injection to prevent problems in further pregnancies.
So, no hemolytic disease for the first baby.
