As I understand prenuptials are only valid if signed by both parties... in this case Sona never signed so it should not b effective isn't it? So what ishwari got signed was either useless paper or dev's will where she made his sisters beneficiary ... if dev's divorce happens Sona can only claim his part of the money not his sisters...I don't know but doesn't it look like that? ...ustad ishwari!
