Doubt abt Dev's Birthday and him falling ill

Cant understand what CVs wanted to convey by showing these two tracks...I mean we know Ishu is insecure and that she is trying to compete with Sona for her son's affection . GKB and Neha are trying to add fuel to this fire...Dev we know he loves his mom and wont go against her...he is dumb post marriage...and Sona we know...she is moing into the typical DIL of Indian soaps...I found it so boring...

There isnt anything new that I can look forward and becoming so predictable..if Sona had fallen ill and Dev taking care would have made a difference...atleast we will know if Dev really cares abt Sona and how the others are going take care of her etc...

pls help me understand why they had to show birthday track and then Dev falling ill...these days I dont understand the logic behind these episodes and not able to relate to them...

Dev really cares for Sona and it has been proved time and again .Dev has taken care of her many times and I am glad they showed Sona taking care of him for a change

The idea is u win some..u lose some. Difference between two people can be judged only by analysing their behaviour after a victory or a loss. CVs trying to show how desperate Ish is getting to ensure she remains at top position in Dev's life.

Ish is competing with Sona which offcourse Ish wud nvr agree to. Sona won one round when Dev called Asha ma..Ish lost n heard Mumma boy comment but being a sore loser came up with a speech n Dev's affection infront of whole gathering shifted to Ish. Sona lost this time but understood Ish's emotion n hugged them without any malice .

Ish took it as a victory but clearly hated that Dev hugged both of them together giving somewhat equal status to Sona. So Ish decided to test Dev's loyalty infront of everyone by ordering him not to eat icecream..But Dev refused openly, Ish lost but got a chance to blame Sona when Dev was ill or Sona fell asleep or cold shower. Then Sona won but she talked abt it with Dev..but Ish again made them emotional so tht he can sing bhajan for Goddess.

When Sona wins or loses she doesn't even gets affected by it...all she cares abt is Dev's happiness but Ish always has to win n that too infront of everyone. She needs frequent assurance from Dev that she is d most imp person in Dev's life. If Dev doesn't say the right word or doesn't do as per Ish's command..she uses all her weapons in her arsenal to make Dev feel guilty.

i guess all this was to bring ishwari's insecure nature in forefront... ishwari is not very pleased with sona even after knowing her method is right... she became all the more insecure and now even after dev's reassurance she won't get satisfied... her insecurity is soon going to reach it's peak and then the bubble will burst just like how it burst when dev and sona were in relationship...

What irks me most is why the hell cvs cant give screen space for devakshi as much as dev-ma...I hate it when he keeps his head on her lap the same scene I used to enjoy b4...Ishwari's character is ruined beyond redemption...thank God she doesn't work in Ishwari communication she would have made the life of staff bigg helll
