Well I feel sona already knows that ishwari dislikes her and have not accepted her that's why she keeps trying which is irritating. I want to tell her forget about ishu but she is not.
What I see these tracks first bday, dev sick and kachori that ishu can no longer control her feelings regarding sona. Its coming out in public. And being just optimistically positive I think ishu will b proven wrong about her outburst when Dr comes and when she comes to know DAT dev knew that ishu cooked the kachori mixture
