So disappointed!

I am so sad and disheartened by Supriyaji's post on instagram. I don't know if she realizes that so many people love the show and her work. It was a totally unacceptable statement coming from an experienced actor as her. She really should have thought twice before posting such a statement. If she did feel the need to vent out her frustration she could have used better words. She later clarified by saying that sometimes when you are frustrated you tend to rant on social networking sites( not her exact words) she used example of being stuck in traffic and complaining about it. But this under no conditions is a stuck in traffic situation. Besides her age and experience should have atleast restricted her from doing so. All the main characters in the serial have I am sure at one point or the other experienced frustration where the script is concerned. Let's take Erica's example a lot of time the script has not done justice to her character. In fact a lot many times the fans have complained about her character being butchered. But the writers in the end have justified their writing in the subsequent episodes. I am sure Erica has gone through frustrations at some level or the other. But She has never complained about it or sounded bitter. Next we'll hear Cheshta bhagat complaining about her character. Which is quite justified if you talk to the production house or talk about it in an interview if you are asked a question like "are you happy with the character you are playing?" Or something in those lines. But ranting about it in networking sites and saying this is my last pic as Ishwari was highly dramatic and unprofessional. I know that actors do get too involved in their roles and get stressed about it but releaving that stress on social networking sites is not done.
I truly loved and respected her as an artist and a person too but I was really disappointed. That being said I will however always remain a big big fan of her acting skills and I am always amazed at how beautifully she can emote every emotion. Hope she feels better soon.

I personally feel we should let go of this incident .Maybe something big happened which forced her to vent .Sometimes people are driven by emotions not logic .We never know what she has gone through and what was promised at the time of signing the show .We don't know about the upcoming track either .

I know it's not easy to hear criticisms of your favorite show from the actors .Unlike some actors she is not planning to quit the show due to creative difference.Thats a good sign .I have seen lead actors quiting the show when they are unhappy with their characters and it has effected the show bigtime .

Coming to the show I somewhat agree with her .I am not happy either with the way they are showing Dev and Ishwari .Again every fan is different and their reasons for watching the show is different so there will be difference of opinion.At the end of the day everything is decided by the writers and we have no say in what they show .

Just because they are celebrities we can't expect them to be always guarded and cautious. They are also human beings who will get effected like normal people do. I did not find anything wrong in Supriyaji's confession. I strongly believe her words that what was narrated to her was different from what was shown now.

Seeing fans react, she stepped down to clarify n so I don't feel I have the right to say u were wrong supriyaji ...

They are humans with flaws N
