Why was Dev uninterested ?

Thu episode when Sona told Dev that we can switch of jhula lights for something, she hinted love, but he brushed away mildly and says he has work. She hints him she will wait, he said u sleep and he will be late, Why was he avoiding her and so uninterested ?

Is it due to Jhula or due to changes in his room and life esp doing ur own things and not depending on mom for every little thing?

Pl,share ur opinions...I am very worried seeing Dev like that - how can changes that he himself asked Sona to make , he can't stand to those ?

I think he is avoiding her as he guilty with what he promised his mom about aasha mom. He knows he is wrong but he can't help it because that's what he is ,quick fixer to the problems.

Don't worry. Our Dev these days instead of mood swings is on guilt swings - Sometimes guilty for Ishwari, sometimes guilty for Sona :P
So on that day because he lied to her, he felt he did not deserve the love being showered on him.
He felt he could not live upto her expectation.

esa kuch bhi nahi hai...he is just taking sonakshi for granted...sona itni jaldi ee samjayegi utna hi acha hoga...

Sometimes when one is preoccupied with work and has a major presentation he next day, it happens. Not only to the husband even the wife.

One might just say one is not in he mood and that is a valid reason.

It's not that, the guilt and resistance to changes done were quite visible .

Not really. Look at his expressions before he said yeh world ka best idea hai. And after that he was sincerely working. But the time he was ready to sleep, Sona was fast asleep. Note she didn't wake up because of the light , him stumbling so it was quite late till he wrapped up.

Lets give him the benefit of doubt here.
