Ishwari deed many sacrifices 😕 pls someone explain me.
It was her duty to raise children wid utmost care and give them proper life.can we call a raising our own child as sacrifice. After death of her husband it was her duty. I know she went through lot of difficulties i appreciate her for it.But she always shows her past as if she didn't accomplish her duty rather sacrificed everything.

Neha lost her jus to help her mother that is called sacrifice.
Mamaji broke his LIC for neha medical treatment that will be a sacrifice.

Whatever ishwari deed were sacrifices and not her duty than dev is also sacrificing by taking care of whole family its not his duty.

I don't remember if any one said ishwari deed sacrifices but whatever cv's are showing regarding ishwari it seems to be sacrifice more than duty.

Just my POV.

I understand Ishwari did all the sacrifices which of course does not count as her duty as a parent , her husband died and she been the parent had to provide for her kids
if her children were rebelious in any way then sure bring up the topic how sacrifices were done but on everything she brings this topic as if Sonakshi's parents never sacrificed

Its the duty of each and every parents to as a duty to sacrifice for their children in every matter of their life till they stand in their feet ...

as a parent v should not expect any returns form the children ...

if in return children r giving something means its the duty of a parent to take it ...

but not demanding like Eshawari...

Yup sacrifice means she wasn't supposed to do something but she went out of the way to do it. I don't think as a parent that is called sacrifice. She didn't quit anything to raise her kids. No, Neha did the sacrifice as a child. Dev is doing the sacrifice now, sacrifice of his happiness everyday.

She sacrificed Neha 😆 for Dev's education ! She is sacrificing Dev's happiness for the family 😆 .
Seriaously first have so many kids without any family planning that you can't even feed then have no plan B in case of the bread winner's death (called life insurance) . Then become obsessed with one kid and leave the other 3 kids to provide support to each other.

unfortunately there are many parents who love to count and retell every sacrifices they have done for their children. It does affect children negatively more than positively. Once or twice its ok but listening to it numerous times is just too much. Maybe im not a parent so i dont understand yet but i dont like it when my parents will guilt trip me whenever i do something they dont like. Im a worrier so I feel really guilty whenever my parents starts to list out all what they do for me.I feel like im a burden. I think it affected me in a negative way in the long run. I keep my feelings suppressed and will never go against my parents even if i was against something they have done. Due to this I cant express myself properly.

Sometimes I see myself in Dev.

Its the duty of the parents to rear the children if they had decided to bring them in the world. It was unfortunate for ish to have lost her husband and it was not in her control.
She could've married again for the sake of children but there was uncertainty in the outcome of her decision. She made a sacrifice by not marrying again but this does not grant her the right to keep on repeating. It was her decision based on the her duty.

BTW Once Dev got into business and got well off (it would be min 4-5 yrs by now). At least now they are having good time. Why everyone in Dixit family only remembers the bad times and spoiling the present.

Anyways the dixit family characters are all illogical and obsessive - so let them live in the past and think of the sacrifices only👏👏
