I think the voice over is not entirely accurate. But " Dev kuch na kuch karata rahata hai sona ko pareshan karata hai" could be about what Dev did to Ranveer, which to Sona is unacceptable. Hurting people is something she will not stand for. If you remember during Ritwik track, she tells Dev that she will marry Ritwik even if Dev makes him homeless. Such is her conviction against Dev's habit for hurting the third person when it comes to serving his family and his needs.

My assumption is when Dev got Ranveer fired from job , Devakshi has confrontation scene, they argue as a Sona says Dev did wrong and Dev defends his action saying he did it as he cast tolerate anything against his family ...

That's when I think Neha leaves for maayka for bhaiduj festival but as she is upset with Dev, she doesn't tell him but I am sure she must hv taken permission from MIL to go to maayka for a day,

As Dev can't stay without Sona, and he is repenting regd what he did, he follows her and she won't even let him enter her bedroom nor she lets him sleep on same bed 😉

Ya that's what I think neha will ask dev to get ranveer job and wud be also rebuked by ishu too. Till he realises his mistake sona will leave. Excited how he will manofy her😳
