Ugly past

Looks like Dev and Ishwari have shared an ugly past beyond what is shown about their poor circumstances. Looks like Ishwari has done some big sacrifice ( related to Khatri) for Dev and family that Dev does not want to bring up with Sona. He is ashamed and indebted of this past and this is why Ishwari is so possesive about him. His expressions and demenaor change whenever that past is reminded to him ( breakup at the hospital, Vicky job etc.) . I think that is why he was yelling so much When Sona kept asking him for Vicky's job's decision. I felt it was out of character for Dev to yell so much and then be angry at Sona but after watching today's episode, it is making sense. It looks like a PTSD ( post traumatic stress disorder) to me. ishwari is coping with it with her possesiveness and Dev by shutting his past infront of Sona. This never came out before because he was never in love with anyone else.

You may have a point. Maybe there is a murky past that Dev is hiding and is ashamed to share. My opinion if this is the case it does not bode well for the future of Dev and Sona relationship if he does not get professional help and deal with it.
