Infertility Issue and other undignosed medical conditions !

hey, someone pointed out that Dev did a mahan thing by marrying Sona even after her 7% chance of infertility issue came up during her physical exam for another condition ( stomach ache ). I don't think this is such a big issue because in most of the marriages, people don't get tested for any of these things, get married and stay in the marriage even if these issues pop up. I have seen it happen in purely arranged marriages also. devakshi loved each other so this should be a tiny issue for them. Also, Only Sona's issue got dignosed. Who knows if Dev has some issues as well ! Also, Dev's dad died young and he does not have any relatives from his father's side ! Can Dev have a genetic condition that may come up later? Ishwari also has several health issues and she is only in her early 50 . She may have a mental disorder too! Sona also married him knowing all theses issues so did she also do a favor to dev ? nah ! I dont think So !
