major doubt regarding fast!!!

Ishwari said she mamaji and RR are going to fast and most of the time these three are nicely eating at the dinning table...what does this virat mean ??

Hehe..this is a very chillax kinda vrat - fruits, milk are allowed n even kuttu aata rotis are allowed n even some veggies r allowed. Restriction on grain , onion n garlic.
