Why these aticles are always makes sense

This article is very much right about complexities of relationship .

Sona should just get back to her work, Dev should stop being impulsive ,

Most accurate thing is why Bijoy should stay same for sometime.👏👏

and how BIJOY and DEV are same in a way ,they are two sides of same coin😃😃

Brilliant and perfect letter. Agree completely with all points.
And a really good point mentioned? How it is considered normal for MIL to taunt her DIL because she is insecure, unable to adjust but the same is questioned when the woman's father has justified and valid concerns.
Thanks for sharing😊

Here my friend comes a word "DOUBLE STANDARD "

I mean how dare Bijoy talks rudely with dev after all He's DAMAD f the house .He should also forget about how his daughter has been treated in the past, embrace him after all he is Her daughter husband😆

Good article...Liked the similarities btw Dev n Bijoy. They both are extremely protective abt Sona.
Also the contrast between Ish n Bijoy. Bijoy dares to speak his mind infront of everyone but Ish's behavior change when Sona is alone

Yes! I guess once dev will earn respect from Bijoy , they will be cutest FIL and SIL .

Situation is that every character is right and wrong in their own way. 😆

Very well written article and yes, Dev and Bijoy are very similar barring psycho mom.
They both jump to conclusion without asking the right question to the right person.

However, Bijoy as a father is flawless.

His question was absolutely valid because in Bengali culture, fasting is not popular except among conservative, elderly widows. Sometimes for certain occasion we eat vegetarian food, but that is usually a five course meal and even then we complain about not having non-veg and eat non-veg outside anyway.

Bengalis also don't have Karwa Chauth. Actually any ritual or puja where men and women don't have equality, Bengalis don't celebrate it.

In fact you can go to temples in Bengal even if you have periods. There's no restriction for women nor any restriction about doing any rituals even after you ate a whole chicken before walking in.

So from that standpoint, Bijoy is right. He also doesn't know that Dev doesn't do puja. So in his mind, they are not letting his daughter celebrate Durga Puja the way she always celebrated, yet the son-in-law is not doing the same.

I agree, he could have posed the question politely. But this guy never even speaks to his own son politely. In that sense, he is treating Dev like his own son which is what Dev wanted. Much better than how Ishwari is treating Sona.
