I do not think I can watch this show anymore.
I got hooked to it after I watched 80th episode on You Tube accidently and then I watched all episodes starting from Day 1 on You Tube.
I have skipped quite a few episodes between Neha's wedding and breakup and now I have started skipping post marriage episodes too. They are not worth my time and most importantly my emotional investment. I watch this show to get entertainment and of course for our beloved DevAkshi, however, seeing quality of episodes after Sona-Ritik sagai, I am losing faith in the makers.
They have BEAUTIFUL on screen chemistry of the lead couple and awesome lead actors (all three of them). Instead of using them to their fullest potential they are wasting them on this ridiculous nonsense drama that is just so negative. How this show is "real"? I have been married 10+ years and have been at Sonakshi's place for a long time when baring my MIL's manipulations and insecurities about my husband and my first child. I am sorry to say this but what they are showing in this show is not insecurities, it is just sheer creep and I do not have desire or patience to see this.
I cannot believe a Business Tycoon can be so nave when comes to his own mother. Many may reason that he has always considered his Ma as God and he is an immature person when it comes to emotions, but when you show someone being so successful and powerful, it is highly unlikely that they can be manipulated so easily. 2+2 don't make 4 in this case. I can definitely understand his love towards his Ma but such a blindness is beyond acceptance in reality.
I understand that makers do not want to show passionate DevAkshi scenes and as much as I would enjoy watching them, I can appreciate their effort to keep the screen clean too. However, what they are showing in the name of insecurities cannot be justified. Any mother CANNOT stoop so low to keep her son away from his wife, she cannot play these kind of mind games Ishwari is playing. Feeling left out from your son's life after wife's arrival is different but keeping your DIL away from your son is creepy. Not letting go of house hold controls is different but peeking in your son & DIL's private life is disgusting.
I know that the story still has to unfold but I personally have no patience or desire left to stay with this show where all I get is so much negativity and poison in my mind before going to bed. I completely understand that some drama is required and everything cannot always be sweet but I would rather watch a mindless show where I know what I would be getting into than see this nonsense in the name of "relatable" because I cannot to relate such things. #IquitKRPKAB.
