I was totally disappointed by Sona's reaction yesterday.😕 I felt that she overreacted and was rude. I did not understand what was she expecting? a bed of roses ? she knew how bua was. She knew that Ishwari has said yes for her son's happiness.. Being the first night of their marriage, instead of discussing whatever the problem was, she was shouting at Dev over a petty issue. Isn't that enough for her that her husband adores her and is by her side? Why does she need instant acceptance of his mom?🤢

Why cant Sona take the happenings in a positive way? Ishwari inspite of being a strict lady in her beliefs and traditions took a step, bent and accepted Sona . Isn't that love and acceptance? No matter for whom she accepted Sona, she ACCEPTED her and that is a big deal. Why cant Sona respect dev and his family for that?! Now, why does Sona expect Ishwari to let go of her traditions also?! For some traditional families, a fish in the house is a sin and Sona needs to understand that. She cant expect evrybody to be like her family..Dev was right when he said his mom bent her head for their happiness.

I literally for the first time felt bad for Ishwari and Dev.. here is a lady who bent her age old rules to accept Sona and also her son's happiness. Sona and her family instead of appreciating her sacrifice are ridiculing them and hating them... Totally unexpected..for the first time I did not like Sona's family reaction. Dadi and Asha were atleast sensible enough to understand Ishwari's POV...

P.S - i am a big fan of Sona's family but for the first time I did not like their reaction yesterday.Especially Bijoy. he put the condition that marriage should happen in their tradition. So Ishwari agreed and sacrificed her expectations and when she did not have food he is saying she is a bad woman? What is he expecting?!

I have to agree with you on this ..I could see Bijoy's daughter talking instead of Asha's . I am surprised to see Dev not getting offended the way Sona spoke about his family .She kept pointing fingers at them and conveniently covered her parents mistake by blaming the wedding planners .

Sona needs to chill... its absolutely normal to want some space to clear your head. However, elders unfortunately dont like DILs speaking like this hours within her entry in the house. Its good to break stereotypes.. however, the complications of the Dixit household isnt a secret to Sona. Why would she over react and ask her almost-in-tears-yearning-for-a-heart-to-heart husband to clarify the food issue? You got to pick your battles Mrs Ghargosh

No one can take insult of their own family so sona too was angery bcoz of that

Exactly.. Have made this mistake and that is what makes this serial so relatable. However, that doesnt change the fact that mistakes were made on both parts

Yeah mistakes wr made by both d parties though but during marriage mostly it was by dixits bcoz sona' s family was not aware about anything.

Sona's anger was somewhat justified. She actually thought that everything has fallen in place but reality will struck her soon. Both families have insulted each other. So they both are on equal score now. 😆

But yes i want dev and sona to solve these issues together and not by fighting like they did yesterday. I am sure they will learn and understand soon enough. 😊

I felt the same about you said!!
I watching with my family last nite and we all had same opinion that Sona overreacted..she should have tackle the situation maturely instead she also acted as mamiji

Honest admission. Thanks for the post. Liking some one is ok. But if they did wrong it is always the need of the hour to point out.Frankly speaking Dev should be appreciated for maintaining his cool despite Sona's rudeness and over the top shoutings. She can tell and discuss but the way she behaved not at all welcome especially since it is her first night.

no offence 😊

But I did not get how Sona's family was insulted by Ishwari... She agreed to all their terms and conditions whether to have food or not is her wish...You cant force someone to go against their beliefs.. ishwari did not blame anybody and in fact agreed to evyrthing
