Why is Dev so pessimistic?

I don't understand why he has given up hope so easily. The doctor literally told him that Sonakshi has 7% chances of conceiving- way more than zero percent. A normal guy would take this information and tell their fiance about it, and the two could then maturely deliberate over what their options could be. Instead he's moping around like Sonakshi has a terminal illness... 🤔

I feel Dev is a strong businessman but when it comes to family,he becomes weak n pessimistic.
Only thing that disappointed me with this infertility track is that Dev is hiding it from Sona..

He used to share everything with Sona as he knew nobody else could understand him better than Sona.
He must Tell it to Sona and should not keep any secrets from her even if he has a slightest doubt that Sona will not marry him.he should have that trust on Sona that together they will face all the difficulties and hardships ..come what may..
INFERTILITY IS NO EXCEPTION TO A TRUE LOVE ,,INFIDELITY IS !

IF Sona is infertile in this relationship ,they can still be in a long lasting relationship but if Dev breaks the trust and keeps secrets from Sona..I don't know what kinda love is that 😕

For the sake of fiction, I am fine to accept that Dev wants to hide this news from Sona so that she can atleast enjoy her own wedding.

I think the main reason Dev is not telling Sona is because he may lose her, Sona will break the marriage as she will not want to ruin Dev's happiness. Si i believe that is the main reason Dev is not telling Sona.

Exactly! Engagement episode left a bad taste Dev ruined it with OTT dramatics 😕 and then other not needed drama by others for TRP. Writera need to get back their hold on the script and storyline.

I didn't like that sad look on his face at all. It looked like he was in pain, and when Sona asked him about it, he lied to her. The old Dev would tell Sonakshi without a doubt! The CV's are seriously sacrificing the integrity of characters just for these dramatic twists

Agree. He was acting as Sona has terminal illness and has only a few days to live 😡 sona, on the other hand, happy thinking and believing they are one now and will face goodandthebad together.

Just cannot relate to this Dev. Suddenly he is child obsessed. And after all that his mother has done to separate him from Sonakshi, he is eager to let her know that Sona cannot have children. What a stupid character.
