SonyTV is simply crazy and unreasonable. I have seen them do a lot of crazy stuff to shows. I think this channel must be boycotted if they do not mend their ways. So many serials have died a premature death on account of their lack of commitment to shows. I think they are extremely money minded and unless they get their moolah, they will just about do anything. Just imagine.. BBKD, just started in August and they are pulling the plug... It was a decent show... How do they want audience commitment if they are not committed? Then EKDV... It is another decent show... What spawns this knee jerk reaction to pull the plug so sooon.? The guys at the top must be fired immediately. It is not about just a show, it is about respect for audience. Even at the start, even if it is a finite show, they must not go on air if they are not certain. But if it goes on air, then atleast 6 to 9'months must be the minimum duration before they change tracks. Also, they do not promote their own shows actively...

I think it also has a lot to do with the production house and how they manage SonyTV. Take for example, KHDJLZ... It was such a cute show, and from nowhere they pulled the plug... It ran for 167 episodes... Production house was Rose movies... A known PH. Still they could not manage Sony TV. it looks like Balaji Productions knows how to manage these Jokers at Sony. BALH, when it turned so crappy after close to 200 episodes, was on air for some 600 odd episodes in all and had low TRps too. Then Reporters, a uniquely different show, though a finite show, was made even more finite and had only 132 episodes...

Yes, anything can happen to KRPKAB too. Sony must be taught not to play with audience emotions. After all, we lavish our time on watching such shows hoping we would see a logical end just as much as we read a book. Who the hell would like to read a book with an improper ending? Likewise, why would an audience put up with the channels decisions to short close any show? Boycott is the only Answer. If they do anything with KRPKAB, it is curtains for SonyTV in my house.

To be honest

It is rly rly important to secure our show

We aren't feeling the urgency to do it right now because we are feeling like our show is secure. But the way these two shows are being scrapped, I'm skeptical about our shown being in a safe zone for long. For now, it is. But for how long, don't know.

It is more important to tell them right away, rather than tweeting n trending after the decision is out, because then nothing will happen.

Forget about Ek Duje also, take a note at that Show, Bade Bhaiyya omg it had just started man, just started, like the main plot was untouched. N the show is being scrapped. Uh what?

This show comes before Kuch Rang, so as I switch to Sony for watching Kuch Rang, I get to watch this last 2-3 minutes of this show, so its like I have an idea somehow of whats happening briefly, it talked about "Bade Bhaiyya Ki Dulhaniya" the promos of the serial showed how this particular guy, who has this elaborate family and is the only earning member marries this rich spoilt girl n ol of that right, n that had not started even, like the show had not even reached the main plot. Thats sad what you are doing to the show.

Pls whosoever has a Twitter handle tweet about Kuch Rang, tag Mamta Mam and request her or whatever to kindly keep in mind to not let this kind of thing happen to our show any day.

Ofcourse the show will end someday, but it shouldn't end coz it "has to" end (i.e, because the channel wants a quick wrap)

Don't know wats wrong wid Sony. I am feeling bad for BBKD. Abhi toh shuru hua tha ,itni jaldi kaise koi channel kisi bhi serial ka fate decide kar sakta hai. Sony ko kuch time approx 6 mths toh har serial ko dene chahiye.And i have seen BBKD and must say its a good serial .I will miss Rohan ,for sure.
EDKV ko wind up karna ek shock se kam nahi hai.I never watched this serial but i know its one of the popular show. Kya woh Nikita Dutta ko replace nahi kar sakte? Sorry Nikita Dutta fans. My pov.I know dengue fever saari energy khatam kar deta hai.Feeling bad for leads of the serial.
Just thinking for those jo ki unemployed ho jayenge in shows ke band hone ke baad.

Sorry...but stop bashing the channels...it's maker decision of their show...I have seen In sbas that it's Maker have decided to end show not channel

Yes Its the makers and not the channel..You are absolutely right in here.

See even here we are bashing the channel. We can put this time and energy into putting additional efforts in trying to tell the makers our point.

I am actually surprised by the way they promote our show.If we see the TRP there is not much difference compared to other shows. I guess this show is popular online and has huge fanbase compared to the one shutting down .It's scary sometimes ,they might be promoting the show with the hope that this show will Garber trp but if the show doesn't do well even after promotion they might start neglecting the show .The same happened to our neighbors

Sony is shutting down another show BBKD and it's just 3 months old.The show had good content but it's unfortunate that it didn't have good rating .

I wonder how shows like SNS,YRKKH,SSK run for years while good shows just gets scrapped .We blame makers for not making quality show and no wonder they prefer to make crappy shows as it runs for years .

That made sad me also, Shows like "Yeh Rishta kia kehlata hey" and 'Saath Nibhana Saathiya" "Susral simar ka 'which have no stories , overacting , totally unrealistic dramas running from many years.

Where as "Bade Bhaiya Ki Dulhania" , who has good and simple story, close to reality serial is going to end soon.

Ek Duje Ke Vaaste is also going to off still there are many things need to sort out.

I am sorry to say but its not only cvs fault also fault of viewers who give high rate to such crap typical Saas Bahu serials

Now I guess Sonakshi will turn into typical bahu and kitchen politics will start in KRPKAB, because that no matter what viewers says they want to watch typical OTT melodrama and and TRP will high and shows will run a long time same as other bogus serials. Other wise this show's FATE will be same as Ed Duje Ke Vaaste and BBKD.
