The good thing is that they've not shown it to be completely negative, the doctor didn't really say that Sonakshi can never ever be a mother but that the possibilities are very low and they should be prepared for the circumstances
Okay so we still have 7% chances of her conceiving
The precap showed Dev going to Ish to tell her, but I wish and also don't think he'll tell her
