As per precap Dev said he is her fiance and doc can say...

He even refused for her parents to come and consult doc on doc 's asking..

So I guess only dev will know about this as of now...

Looks like it. He will not tell anyone and get married to her. Nowadays there is so much tension watching the show. I think my BP will definitely be higher end of the show
