A prenup is only valid .....

Did you know a prenup is only valid if both the parties sign it. Even if Ishwari makes Dev sign by deceit, there is still the question of Sona's signature for it to be a valid document.

I wonder how that part would be played out. If the documents are sent by the lawyer to Sona's house, all hell will break loose from Bijoy Bose side. In case Sona only gets to see the document then either she might just sign it without any question asked or she might confront Dev about it and then that would be another story altogether between the son and mother. All in all the prenup is sure to stir up some drama in the coming episodes.

I don't think ishu will do anything to break that can risk the relationship at this stage . There must be more to this pre nup track for sure !!

She won't

A) let Dev slip away easily
B) mess with bijou that easily
C) invite limelight for wrong reasons

So pre nup will probably be something that makes her look fairer I think !!
