Dev's lawyer suggests him to sign pre nup so that his property and money remains secured with Dev in event of divorce, cos otherwise(without signing) Sonakshi would be entitled to his money and property.Dev refuses. Then the lawyer explains the concept to Ishwari to get her to convince Dev to sign the agreement. Now she'll probably get it signed without his knowledge as per promo. No it does not mean that a divorce will be shown. Pre-nup just brings an angle of money into the storyline and of course it will have negative consequences for Devakshi.

Well Bijoy's involvement has not been indicated at the moment so can't say but I find it difficult to believe that Bijoy would do such a thing.Plus as I said, pre nup here will mean Dev's security not sonakshi's. She would NOT get the property in case of divorce.So how can it be called security for Bijoy?His daughter gets nothing.
