She is manipulating Sona to be her puppet along with Dev. She knows her first puppet is getting out of her hands and the only way she can restore her puppet is by bringing in another puppet that intrigues her own puppet..

Too bad sona is not going to fall for her trap over in longer term. She might fle short term though..

For once, Out of so many problem areas Ishwari is facing with accepting Sonakshi, that one issue of "bacho ne khud hi sab tai kar liya" has changed to the fact that she is the one who is the deciding factor of her son's marriage. So Dev gets Sona back ...but who cares as long as she gets the credit to fix things in her son's life. That award winning achievement which will be remembered for years to come that how things won't have happened had she not pitched in and convinced Sonakshi.

How the power of that thought that its only "Me" who can bring happiness into my son's life has given a backseat to her disliking towards that very happiness.
Ishwari desperately wants Sonakshi back in Dev's life not because she feels Sonakshi is a perfect match for her son, not because they love each other, not because it's time Dev gets married. Its only because "I", "yes, it's me and only me" who can bring happiness into my son's life.

Listening to all her dialogues, anyone would feel she's a changed woman. But has she changed as a mother? I doubt..
She's trying hard to accept things but somewhere we all know its not just about that.

Its about How I have been the leading lady in my son's life all these years. I felt so insecure, unimportant when I saw myself becoming just another character in his story. And now that I have got that chance again to take the lead, how can I let that opportunity slip away from me.

I will do whatever I can to give myself that assurance and make others feel, oh see, only a mother can keep her happiness and self respect aside for her son's happiness.

The feeling of "main". Trying to create importance and value in the eyes of her son, others and herself too.
That Feel good factor that even now it is only me who can do get anything to make my son happy.

Easwari again takes center stage in Dev's life and Dev is none the wiser now he has all the more reason to put Easwari in an even higher pedestal than before ..so when real problems start cropping up and Sona is left high and dry yet again..which will happen Dev will follow his mommy dearest bid and maybe even move on and the cycle goes on🤢

The episode actually left me with a sour taste- there was nothing genuine in Ishwari's words..atleast that's what i felt.

Its an attempt to regain the lost God like image to prove to her son, that hey I am still the god, i will get you what you what in any which way possible. Its neurotic actually, I see this as a disease.

The obsessive compulsive disorder which the mother son duo share is just too much.

All along Dev was harping my mother doesnt want to so I will let go off all promises and cant do anything even if it involves extreme pain ad disrespect to the other and now mother is hell bent on getting Sonakshi as Dev wants it even if it means that she has not even spared a single moment for her Son to make the decisions and take lead.

Asha was the only saving grace- i loved what she said" Please don't put pressure on Sona".
