Dev asks Ish 'tu jaanna chahti thi na main kisse jyada pyar karta hun?'😭

Why is Dev confronting Ish like this? He is hurt bcoz of Sona's engagement but will Ishwari ask him directly who he loves more? Till date Ish has nvr said infront of Dev that bcoz of Sona, Ish was feeling left out or Dev was giving more importance to Sona. Only thing Dev knows is that Ish doesnt like Sona as her DIL, that Ish feels Sona was wrong in falling in love with her boss.

Ish has said it to Sona only how Dev is ignoring his responsibilties n family, work bcoz of Sona, that their relationship is barsaati naala 😡😡, 2 min noodles 😡 but Sona has nvr shared any of this with Dev.

Why wud Dev think his mother was competing with Sona for his affection, or trying to demean Sona infront of Dev or manipulating things to separate them? Would Dev know Ish fixed up Sona's alliance to ensure Sona can nvr come back in Dev's life. Or that Ish insulted Sona n her family many times.

EXACTLY! that is what i am thinking since i have seen the SBS segment.

Why would Dev even say something like that?😕

i don't think he ever knew about ishwari's insecurity regarding him.yes, he might be angry with ishu for sending ritwick's alliance, or even for being a reason for his separation with sona but that's it.why would he suddenly utter something like that?

my guess-may be he overhears a conversation between GKB and ishwari before going to sona's engagement where as usual GKB might be saying all those things and then dev will realise ishu's insecurity.(i think i am expecting too much😔..its too good to be true😆)

I think they want to show that Dev is not THAT stupid to have not realized the real reason of his mother's lack of empathy towards Sona. That because he always knew the actual reason, he never had a proper communication with his mother regarding it. That because he can see no solution to this problem since he can't prove that Ishwari means more to Dev if he tries to bring Sona back in his life, he did not even try once to have a heart-to-heart convo with Ishwari about it or thought of bringing Sona back to his life.

If the above is the point, then it's all fine with me. I hope he blurts these truth as well to Ishwari that he always knew. I hope Ishwari realizes that her mask was always out in the open and I hope she feels ASHAMED and stupid of herself that she was caught long back but still continued to display her pseudo-concern.

Nothing is more painful than to receive the correct judgments of your real intentions from that one person whom you try to wrong in every possible way for your own selfish reason but try to rename it with 'love' and 'care'. I want to see Ishwari's reactions to all these badly.

But he never confronted her

Remember the achievers award party where a girl wanted to dance with him and he danced with sonakshi and said her that maa ko acha nahi lagega if he danced with tht girl

And after the alliance wala thing dev figured out that ishwari doesn't dislike sona because ishwari said sona achhi ladki hai and blah blah .. so he came to know may be that it's her insecurities

True. Till now they haven't shown Dev realising his mother's true intentions. I hope they show it clearly that Dev knows about Ish insecurities via some overheard convo or maybe Mama tells him the truth again or through Dev's monolgue. But they shudnt just directly jump into Dev telling Ish you are more important then Sona and you won.

If Dev as already realised about his mother's insecurities then I really hope we get to see some part of this realisation before the big outburst...maybe through a monologue or talk with Sona or Mamaji. Then the outburst scene wudnt seem so disconnected. When Dev said 'he worries that if they tell others abt their relationship, nazar lag jaayegi'...that wud truly makes sense now as he was always aware their relationship wud never be accepted by Ish.

Yes Ish's reactions are worth waiting for when she realises Dev sees thru her lies and facade. She has tried enuf to hide her real intentions from Dev even though she never missed a chance to insult Sona or their relationship. Maybe even Ish was counting on the fact that Sona wud nvr complaint back to Dev. So Ish continued with her mindgames of insulting Sona on one side and being all supportive infront of Dev. Coming week will be interesting.

Haha ..dnt worry..we all are in the same situation together...both Ish n Dev are very confusing..what they think n what they do are sometimes totally opposite.

After the alliance thing, Dev was really not convinced with Ish's explanation. His expressions, when he broke their hug n walked off, said it all. But realising that his mother was competing with Sona for his affections, still seems far fetched. Hope they show some part of Dev's realisation.
