Dev hugged her out of reflex action. But the wheels of his brain had already started churning. Give him a day or two in quiet contemplation and he would at least sub consciously be ready to revolt against his God- hence the engagement drama.

Ishwari's smartest move turned out to be the dumbest. On one hand you try to portray that you are such a bechaari that u try to commit suicide rather than express displeasure at your son's choice of life partner and on the other resort to such levels of manipulation.

Well that was a refreshing change indeed. Honestly I had not expected Dev's reaction. Knowing his devotion to his mom, I thought he would believe every word she said and rather praise her for thinking well about Sonakshi even after the break-up.

Two things I did not like yesterday was Dev's silence when Ishwari was talking about workplace mariyada. He should have told her that it was he who went to Sonakshi's house at 2 AM to propose to her and not the other way around. That would have given her a huge shock but maybe Dev himself was shocked to think and act logically.

Secondly only workplace has mariyada, a learning institute has none ? Why did Ishwari not question herself when her own daughter crossed that thin line of mariyada by developing feelings for her teacher.

Now what I want to know is what happens in the next 3 days that makes Dev take such an extreme step at Sonakshi's engagement ?

I am sure we both would have been the happiest after watching yesterday's episode... 😆🤗

And you giving hopes for Dev really makes me hopeful too..

The fact that I've seen the worst form of Dev in real version, with the character's dedication aligned differently 😉😆, makes me have no say out there..

If this Dev can do anything at all then well and good 👍🏼.. At least I can be happy that it's happening somewhere if not in real life... 😉

Wondering if the makers want to drag further will they make Ishu pull out another stunt?! Hopefully not because the focus is elsewhere and Sona getting into new commitments give the pressure to the makers themselves to act fast on this scenario... 😉

I don't think the makers intended to portray her as evil... They will finally drill down to showing her doing all this out of insecurity and justify the same with some past instances/her own life's misreable situation as well... 🤪 Whatever there is more drama to Ishh yet.. 😆

@bold: Exactly.. This is the 'standard' Dev we could have seen... 😆 For a change the makers decided to try something else.. May be they too got tired of the 'standard' Dev...😉

What are you even saying?! Dev had even forgotten whatever happened to his confession and how he confessed his love... All he knows now is that he couldn't get rid of Sona from his mind though he wants to do that for his Maaa... 😉😆 And it's a shocker that he has been trying hard for nothing 'cos his Maa is ok with him having Sona in his thoughts... 😆 And she's only helping him in making him guilt free... He had completely shattered his life along with the girl that declared to be in love with.. Defending her from these petty accusations are far from his thoughts...

EXCUSES.. EXCUSES... ALL Excuses... And when it is all very well seen as excuses... Just because we are referring to Neha's situation and comparing it with Dev, Dev needn't even be there anywhere close to it comparing and relating his Maa's excuses... At least not now... Neha might be the one doing that, if at all that's in the writer's checklist... 😉

If anything at all... it could only be Sona and himself in Dev's mind as of now... If he's not even in a position to see his own blindness in accusing their love for the situation that happened then how on earth will he be able to correct his mother's accusations... Self-critical being aware of his own deeds is the first step that he can take before blaming anything else... 😉 Hope he is there at least... 😊
