How do they break glasses with hands

Anyone knows the physics/technique behind it.. How do theya ctually shoot these scenes?? They show thr glass and it breaks in their hands

They are usually special glasses made with sugar or glucose. The bottles used in stunts to break over someones head etc are the same

Thank you.. I didnt know this.. So thes sugar glasses dont have any sharp edges when they break i assume

No, they crumble and shatter, so normally no sharp edges

Must be some technical way..Dont think its real..

But I saw in Ishqbaaz how Nakul broke a real mirror, it was scary..

They're not made of real glass. They're stage props- the glasses are made to be easily broken

These r sugar or glucose made glasses used for stunt scenes.
