Is the tie that Dev is wearing in that initial phone promo similar to the ties worn by Christian Grey in the movie 50 shades of grey??

Christian Grey Tie is very famous post this movie. ...so there is this collection of these grey ties...

Do you think CV team had planned this ? Every thing seems to be connecting slowly ...his obsession for her is kind of the same way as Christian Grey for Ana...or it could be my wild imagination!!

I don't think it's Dev's obsession, it's just that he strongly feels that she hasn't forgotten him like him and when Sona acts like she moved on, he is hell bent to prove ( to himself) that she hasn't.

I don't think he will stop her marriage abs if he does then cvs are going in wrong direction

Haven't watched the movie but have read the book. The Obsession, dialogues, his liking for the colour Grey and also a throw back reference to the title sometime back strongly suggests so. Only Ana was able to see what Christian was really same like Sona in case of Dev.😳
