Both Dev N Sona need to shaked up badly.Sona should not do marriage as some challenge.Dev need to understand.If not Ritvik.In future she might end up marrying some one.If he did not fight for his love.

You know, I just want to say one thing...
I don't know if it is proper to post it here...

But letting that be, I am sharing what is kind of my own introspection and discussion with a friend... I realize:

Dev is too new in a love relationship... He has never been in one, and relationships are that way only, you learn it by trial and error... And most of the time, the first trial becomes an error... It is for very few people that they always remain ideally good in hell stressful situations...
For many men(not talking about all of them, please don't get offended, it's just a pov) when they encounter with such a situation for the first time between his mother and wife, he does face a dilemma... But mostly goes with his mother for the first time, coz he thinks her to be more mature and right... it can be a vice-e-versa situation as well... In each case the other one gets upset, and he has to go through a roller coaster ride, and keep learning lessons thoroughly, using his own brains rather than the two ladies'...

But it has to happen that this first step is an error... But it is Dev's first step... Let him learn na... He will eventually know how to use his own brains and take decisions... Where to put his foot down in cases of extremity... Just give him a chance... He is on an experience curve only!

This promo clearly tells that engagement will take place but wedding not.

Dev still feels she can't ahead with engagement and even yesterday and in this promo too he is emphasising on engagement and fiance thing..sona will prove him that she will not let him or his mother control her life anymore .so just to show him she would want things to formalise asap.she is being stubborn we all can see that so no point of justifying that.dev is being stubborn to not let her go yet being man without action.

Engagement will surely breakdown dev.now we have to see what next.engaement will make Dev realize that he is losing and I am sure not about suicide or accident or whatever...but nothing is out if scene for Dev in that condition..

Engagement will make sona realize too how big mess she has created for herself and it's not easy to come out of it specially when Dev is not giving any ray of hope.

Issue aunty fits somewhere is between two too..let's see where?

I also hv a feeling that maybe this doesn't exactly happen...its just a representation of the kind of encounters that are coming up not exactly this...the promo was kind of too fast paced, sudden...maybe der wont be this exact scene but something on similar lines...v havnt even got any olv on these clothes...
