An emotionally draining episode

Today's episode has left me feeling drained and tortured emotionally.Since the first scene to the last...everything seemed to be an indication of the upcoming doom and difficult times.My heart was beating at lightning speed over every word exchanged between Ishwari amd Sonakshi.There is no denying that Ishwari was beyond rude today.She was insulting to not just Sona but even her family.Words like naak ke neeche chakkar chalana stung really hard.Today she made it clear...what she thinks of Sona and her relationshop with Dev.I wouldn't be ssurprised if tomorrow she says that Sonakshi has trapped her son for money.
If there is something I really liked...it was Sona's Baba's pride in his daughter.His belief that his daughter is perfect and shouldn't do anything under peessure even if it means learning how to cook.Some might think that he over reacted.Afterall whats wrong in learning how to cook.But this is not just about cooking.This is Sonakshi's self-doubt,a step towards changing herself because she thinks she lacks capability.And her baba doesn't want his Sona to doubt herself.Its not necessary to know basic household chores in order to be a good daughter in law and wife as long as your heart is in the right place.How many people in our society think that way?
Something which really hurt,even more than Ishwari's words,was Sona's belief in Dev.That he is always there with her.Poor girl doesn't know whats going to come her way.She is ready to do anything just because she loves Dev so much and believes that he will never leave her.For the first time im actually feeling sad over this breakup.

Agreed. . The last two weeks have been so emotionally draining. ..And the upcoming week will be similar too. .but it will bring relief along with it. As the story will get back to improving the dynamics of DevAkshi relationship rather than Ishwari's rebukes to them.

Agreed. Disturbed so much. More than Sona I felt bad for her family. They don't deserve such treatment. It is good that this emotional atyachar of ish and her mad house is going to end for Sona but it is only the direct atyachar. She would suffer along with Dev due to the separation.
