Ishwari is restless. She is having a panic attack.

She says i already took 3 tablets still not getting sleep. She takes out the sleeping pills bottle. Takes all the tablets in her hands and takes them. She search for water and gets dizzy. She says i want to sleep before you come back home Dev and faints.

True. It might be because she has insulted the Bose family. And Dev would have known this by then.
